Harry Sweeney is an artist and social documentary photographer based in Bristol. His range of photographic work explores themes of identity, relationships and youth culture. His humanistic approach questions his relationships as he captures the intricacies of his subject’s lives in the present. With photographs published by the BBC on student life during the pandemic, his goal is to take photographs of unique moments that are relatable on a human level. Harry generally works with the people closest to him, photographing life as it happens around him, and in doing so comments on wider society.
