Tom Branton is a Development Director with a strong track record in delivering high profile mixed use urban regeneration projects across London and in South East Asia. Tom has a particular focus on ensuring culture is at the heart of real estate development having worked on projects with significant cultural offers such as the Bridge Theatre at One Tower Bridge, the Brixton House Theatre in Brixton town centre and the 2.5m sq ft retail mall – The Exchange TRX in Kuala Lumpur. At Earls Court, Tom leads the Cultural and Retail strategies for the 44-acre masterplan to ensure it is brought to life with music, arts, and entertainment, creating a new cultural destination for London. Tom is a member of the Hammersmith & Fulham Cultural Compact, the committee formed to oversee delivery of the H&F Cultural Strategy and chairs the new Hammersmith & Fulham Destination Management Partnership, VisitHandF.
